1. Where are your candles made?

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in SUKABUMI. Every step, from blending the fragrance to pouring the wax, is done by hand with care and intention.

2. What type of wax do you use?

We use a coconut apricot wax blend, chosen for its smooth, creamy texture, clean burn, and exceptional scent throw, both when lit and when cold. This blend also allows for a longer, more even burn compared to traditional soy or paraffin wax.

3. Why do candles take time before being available?

Each candle is made fresh and then cured for up to 14 days before being ready to ship. This curing time allows the fragrance oils to fully bind with the wax, ensuring the best possible scent performance once you light it.

4. What kind of wick do you use?

All our candles feature natural wooden wicks that produce a soft crackling sound, adding warmth and ambiance to your space.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States. We’re working on expanding to other destinations soon!

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
